Custom baby textile orders require more than a finished sample. Buyers should define quality points before production starts so the factory can inspect the correct details during cutting, sewing, printing and packing.
Before Production
- Confirm approved sample, fabric, color and size.
- Set measurement tolerances and packaging rules.
- Confirm label wording and care instructions.
- Define inspection points for stitching, closures and print quality.
During and After Production
In-process inspection helps catch problems before they repeat across the order. Finished-product inspection should confirm appearance, size, function, packaging accuracy and buyer-specific requirements.
